The articles offered in our stores are endorsed by important commercial firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to execute the right of return, without penalty of any kind.

Returns from the shipping address:
In case of return of items, whose collection is made at home, the direct cost of returning the good or service will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU.

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where appropriate. Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouses, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer (in cash payments, the refund of the amount is made by bank transfer).

The return of defective products and erroneous shipments will not carry return costs, being Garcia Perez do Ribeiro SA who will bear these costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance, has a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of shipment.
