1- General: These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A., with CIF number 32305443
Any order placed with Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. necessarily implies as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale of Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. in force on the day on which the corresponding order is carried out. In addition, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions shall imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except for those cases in which new conditions are brought to its attention by Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. The fact that Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. does not resort at a given time to any of these conditions can not be interpreted or equated to waive recourse to them in the future or in the past. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. 2- Prices: The prices published in Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. 3- Different payment methods: When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made in Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. by bank transfer or cards through PayPal. 4- Product: The offers presented by Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. are valid within the limit of available stocks. The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale have been made in study on real products, the variations on color will depend on monitors and with the only purpose of embellishing the presentation. 5- Shipments: The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration in Garcia Perez do Ribeiro S.A. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders. However, their delay will not imply neither cancellation of the order nor any compensation. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. 6- Return and cancellation policies
